Amazing experience and so many beers on tap! If you want tontry something new, the beer flight is a perfect option. Found 3 new beers to enjoy so i dont ahve to always order the same old one I do. I like the Kolsch quite a bit. And have ordered it a few times now. Very consistent meals and experience. Love this place!

Food was good! Mocktails were expensive and mostly ice, they were able to do a single taco which was nice since I wanted to try other things!

We looked up a place to have Brunch before heading to Next Level to play games and found Copper River not knowing it was their first day serving Brunch. The food and drinks were delicious. Had the Copper River breakfast, breakfast burger along with the scratch made cinnamon roll. Not only was the food amazing the service was perfect.

I don't often feel compelled to write reviews, but my husband and I went to Copper River for lunch for our 28th anniversary yesterday, and I have to say it was the most exceptional experience I've had in years. The ambiance was lovely: darker with lovely warm lighting, with natural light filtering in. We decided to share the Chicken Cobb Salad and the Bison Burger. They brought it split onto four plates - something we've found isn't often done without asking for it. The fries were so good I ate every single one (not something I usually do as I'm calorie-conscious), but dipped in what tasted like a house-made ranch dressing, they were addictive. The salad and bison burger were both delicious, but I have to say the service was over the top. The manager served us our meals and made sure they were exactly to our liking. She also came by later to make sure things were going well and we didn't need anything. This was in addition to our assigned server. There's a balance between not being checked on enough and being checked on too much; our service was exactly right. They also brought us an "on the house" dessert for our anniversary -- something unexpected -- along with a card signed by the entire staff. Then to top it off we received the check and both stared at the $37.50 balance. We both said, "Is that right??" It just FELT like it should have been twice that. We didn't get drinks, though, and we remembered the dessert was free. Still, it felt like we'd been at a 5-star restaurant with the whole experience, so giving a generous tip was a no-brainer. I highly recommend this restaurant for any event. I'll note that I have been there previously a few times for their daily 3-6 pm happy hour, and really enjoyed those visits. But our anniversary experience was just really EXTRA wonderful.

Liked the place. Nice to get the dinner there, all is tasty, and good spriti. I ate sirlion steak with asparagus and salad. Plus nice apple caramer type of pie. Liked it.

Service and food are 10/10 every time! Friendly staff, fast service, and amazing-tasting food. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, which makes it a great place to enjoy a meal. My go-to order is the grilled salmon power bowl. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at Copper River. We took my parents for dinner. They don't eat out, and so we wanted a great restaurant for them to experience. I had reserved a table, but arrived 30 minutes early. We were seated immediately. The server was patient with the challenges of our group, and did an excellent job. We all had salads as appetizers. I was surprised at the length of the wait for the salads to be delivered. The dressing was minimal, and the salads tasted good. We enjoyed the Waygu Burger and Stuffed Salmon. The serving size of the salmon was smaller than expected, but the flavor was excellent. My wife ordered the burger "well-done", but it showed up with pink in the middle. The burger was pretty tall, making it a challenge to eat. But it was delicious. Overall, it was a great experience, and the food and prices make it absolutely worth a return visit.
